What's the minimum age to rent?+
18 for the 125cc scooter. The electric bike has no minimum age beyond being able to safely operate it.
What licence do I need to ride the 125cc scooter?+
[VERIFIED LICENCE RULE PENDING] The electric bike requires no licence.
How big is the deposit?+
From €100 depending on the vehicle. Fully refundable on return — by cash or card.
Do you deliver to my hotel or the airport?+
Free hotel delivery across Assos, Fiskardo and Myrtos area (north Kefalonia). The airport (EFL) sits in the south outside the free zone; we can meet you there on request for a small fee.
What happens if it rains?+
If conditions are unsafe we reschedule or refund the affected days.
What's your fuel policy?+
Tank-to-tank. You receive and return the vehicle at the same fuel level. We can refuel on return at the local price, no service fee.
What if I have an accident?+
Call us first, then 112 if anyone is injured. Don't move the vehicle until we agree. Insurance covers damage up to the deposit amount; full waiver is available for €5/day.
How do I pay?+
Cash and major cards in store. Online payments are coming soon — for now reservations are by request, no card required.
Can I cancel?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Can I do a one-way rental?+
We can sometimes arrange one-way pick-ups within Kefalonia for a small fee. Ask us when reserving.
Can two adults share a scooter?+
Yes — our 125cc scooter is a two-seater and includes a second helmet.
Do you rent for a single half-day?+
Our minimum is one full day, but we'll always try to be flexible — message us.
